The only thing about it is that the lid is stiff to put on the back and the front ends compard to my old memory stick but that maybe becasue its new lol. and sometimes it is a bit stiff to go in and out of the usb slot but that again may be becasue its new lol. i was nervous about so much of my business work not being backed up so bought this memory stick, i simply inserted it into the usb port on the pc and after a few seconds a window popped up, then copy and pasted the work folders into the window......then took it out and put it into the laptop and again after a few seconds it opened and there it all was, superb little device, and by the way PCworld are selling this exact same one for £48!
